YOUR ROLE

  • Directly Supervises up to 10 employees on a shift in the manufacturing department.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring a safe work place, ensuring employees are complying with company and regulatory requirements, work to continually improve the work force efficiency, train employees, do planning, assigning, and directing of work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • In addition to the above, Supervisors are expected to uphold all Henkel ethics standards, and be ambassador for the company.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a chemical manufacturing facility
  • Knowledge with incident investigation, reporting, and safety relating to chemical manufacturing
  • Knowledge in 5S, GMP, and Lean Manufacturing
