  • Provide guidance for their team.
  • Ensure all company safety rules and procedures are followed; correct PPE and gowning for the area are worn and 5S standard work is followed. Ensure a clean, safe work environment.
  • Supervise one or more screening lines assigning screening personnel to appropriate lines.
  • Monitor quality control procedures to insure all standards are met, insuring overall quality of product produced.
  • Review Kronos daily to verify that employees are swiped on the Manufacturing orders.
  • Promote line efficiency and output through good teamwork skills and effective supervision of line coordinators.
  • Meet standards of operating procedures of your lines.
  • Inventory accuracy of materials incoming and out going.
  • Complete daily production reports, analyze quality/ production problems, close out shop orders and reconcile inventory against shop order, receipts, bulk, returns, scrap, and output.
  • Answer all + and -- variances per shop order.
  • Review all issues with Department Manager.
  • Maintain discipline and enforce company rules.
  • Provide input for employee appraisals; counsel employee and provide job training.
  • Responsible for making sure employees are following all policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for making sure that all employees are properly trained.
  • Conduct group meetings updating line performance and attainment.
  • Handle special projects as required.
  • Demonstrate ability to perform accurate line checks.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Associates Degree in Business, Engineering or technical related field and 3 -- 5 yearsmanufacturing experience.
  • Zotos demonstrated functional knowledge will also be considered.
  • Must exhibit the skill to organize and prioritize work.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills both orally and in writing with employees and management.
  • Required to be able to multi-task.
  • Must provide back-up to the Silk Screening Manager.
  • Microsoft Office experience a must.
  • Will work in Kronos, Mapics and other programs required in the screening area.
  • Job performance must not be affected by color blindness.
  • Computer work may be performed in an office setting.
  • The performance of this position normally requires exposure to typical manufacturing areas where under certain conditions the use of personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, and hygienic precautions, such as hairnets, are required.
  • The work environment is not climate controlled.
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Overtime may be required.

  • The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
