Sales Support Officer EIMEA (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Supports the sales team in handling for key processes like customer samples, pricing, IDH creation, setup of new customers in our systems etc.
  • Builds and maintains working relationships with both customers and relevant Henkel departments for the effectively and efficiency execution of these sales related processes
  • Maintains (a) system(s) to track and follow up on outstanding topics in best interest of Henkel and service experience of the customers
  • Works closely with others and other Henkel departments to provide the best customer experience

YOUR SKILLS

  • Commercial education & 3+ years of work experience
  • Project management or other evidence of organizational skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP ERP
  • Aptitude for software and systems
  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluent in english and german
