  • Responsible for the managing the demand planning process for designated low to medium tier brand within a defined business segments as part of the corporate S&OP process
  • Delivers the item/distribution center level forecast to drive weekly execution within the supply chain.
  • Monitors demand planning metrics and drives improvement for their business segments with the goal of continued improvement in forecast accuracy and S&OP Process Excellence.
  • Collaborates closely with Sales Strategy, Marketing and Customer Accounts to analyze quantitative and qualitative inputs to the forecast such bias quality, medium and high over/under sell trends, FCA offenders, shipment versus POS consistency, promotional performance, competitive impacts, new item launches and tracking against GOII, cannibalization and market halo impact, and subcategory reviews in the development and delivery of the monthly unconstrained forecast (12-24 month horizon).
  • Responsible for assisting in S&OP reporting


  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, statistics, mathematics, economics, or similar field required.
  • 2 years' minimum experience in supply chain / demand planning or related field.
  • Experience in the industry or in a CPG environment is preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Excel and ability to manage large data sets. Demonstrated knowledge of MRP processes and systems (SAP, APO or other ERP systems) required
