YOUR ROLE

  • Management and active engagement in a communication platform to encourage learning and best practice sharing
  •  Development of a concept for sales excellence communication and training delivery (internal and external)
  • Content development of training courses or elearnings
  • Support in global delivery of cascading materials to local sales organizations 

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters of studies focused on marketing, sales or similar
  • Practical or international experience in a B2B environment, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is advantageous
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • A strong analytical and creative mind with excellent communication skills and digital affinity
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and dedicated team-player
