Territory Sales Engineer (Centro – Suroccidente & Ecuador)

YOUR ROLE

  • Generate and qualify leads by preparing sales action plans and strategies focused on sales activities.
  • Develop and keep the commercial and technical relationship with end customers and distribution channel, through presentations of the company's products.
  • Develop sales proposals, carry out negotiations with potential customers of the Automotive business, preparing and presenting through training aimed at the final consumer and the sales force of distributors.
  • Guarantee customer service satisfaction and good relations with the monitoring of sales activities (CTS, DTS, SURVEYS, WEBINARS).
  • Develop commercial strategies for the VRM Retail segment.
  • Achieve the goal of the monthly and annual KP for the SBU VRM, obtaining the best GP1, EBIT, NES GROWTH for the company.

YOUR SKILLS

·BA/BS Degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical, chemistry, or related engineering/business-related discipline needed.

·5+ years sales/account management experience and adhesives/chemical industry environment is required.

·At least 4 years of experience in retail and consulting sales positions.

·Experience developing activities and sales strategies in POS.

·Knowledge of the automotive market (Auto parts, OES, Fleets).

·Experience in B2B and B2C sales.

·Pressure sensitive adhesives in Automotive business / Distributor and Retail

·Proven Experience creating and supporting accounts based on excellent customer relationships.

·Excellent planning, organization, customer focus, results, and relationship building skills.

·Teamwork, Adaptability, Efficient time management and Empathy Persistence

·Ability to gain access to key decision makers.

·Strong negotiation skills.

·Intermediate English speaker as second language

·Travel availability
