·The Head of Production Cell is responsible to set strategy, establish an empowered team, develop rapid decision-making skills, and building dynamic people models that ignite passion to safely produce high quality laundry and home care products.

·Leads implementation of the Henkel Production System across all production lines within the cell.

·Ensures development of cell leadership team to deliver accelerated results and prepare leaders for succession to other cell roles.

·Reinforces daily management routines with the cell leadership team to drive accelerated results progression, including the development and deployment of standard work.

·Provides leadership, direction, development and coaching to cell leaders in accordance with skill matrices.

·Drives all operations of the cell ensuring high operating standards are always applied.


·Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required – preference is chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.Master’s degree, preferred.

·7 - 10 years of strategic and tactical leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in CPG or related industry.

·Must have experience leading manufacturing production teams, preferably in a multinational company.

·Demonstrated ability to drive team productivity and maintain high levels of employee engagement and morale.

·Highly developed understanding of TPM methodologies and implementation to drive continuous improvement.

·Demonstrated track record of driving operational performance via strong leadership and change management skills.
