YOUR ROLE

  • Join the world’s largest adhesives producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations, tailor-made solutions and strong brands in adhesives, sealants and functional coatings
  • Become a member of our Global Strategic Pricing team and make an impact in our journey to pricing excellence
  • Contribute to our transformational global strategic pricing initiative and drive project modules or workstreams in this initiative
  • Help us to further develop our conceptual approach, tools, and competence for value based pricing and support our business units in rolling out and professionalizing value based pricing
  • Support the development of pricing strategies, their operationalization, and implementation
  • Drive adoption of our new pricing tools, support our business units to fully deploy and utilize our new analytics solutions, and develop methods and analytics playbooks
  • Get an overview of Henkel Adhesive Technologies across businesses and regions as first step towards building a long-term career at Henkel 

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree from a top tier university in a business-related field or alternatively in a technical field if combined with strong business orientation and understanding
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience with a successful track record, preferably in the areas of marketing and/or strategy in a large multinational organization and/or in a leading consulting firm, ideally in a B2B context
  • Understanding of pricing challenges and concepts in B2B and practical experience with strategic pricing highly beneficial, but not essential depending on other relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to make complex topics easily understandable for a large and diverse audience
  • High level of motivation and strong team player, ability to network and to quickly establish strong working relationships with people throughout an international organization
  • Outgoing and people oriented mindset, enjoying working in a high pace and dynamic environment
  • Tech- and data savvy, good understanding how business problems can be solved with data analytics and technology
  • Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are beneficial
  • Strong command of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
