YOUR ROLE

  • Leading Customer Service Team (sub-team of CS department)
  • Being first point of contact to handle and resolve inquiries coming from Customer and Sales team
  • Ensuring all day to day customer related activities are deal with in a courteous, accurate, timely manner, adhering to business standards
  • Providing efficient and structured service to our Customers and Sales team by handling their requests, complaints and coordinating a final response
  • Enforcing successful execution of Daily Operations Cycle and take part in CS projects that will contribute to improved End Customer Service levels, business growth, increased efficiencies and consequently reduced costs
  • Ensuring first time right customer communication
  • Customer interaction and ad-hoc analysis during inbound calls; monitoring of cases managed in Support Office
  • Participating in regular customer meetings (e.g. quarterly meetings to review KPIs and metrics)

YOUR SKILLS

  • Having a bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or a related field with a successful academic record
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CS preferably within international organizations, experience in export management is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Advance knowledge MS Office applications
  • Fully conversant in SAP (or similar) CS related transactions & reporting functions
  • Excellent team leadership, coaching and people development skills, good motivator
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
