Technical Customer Service Engineer

  • Excellent teamworking relationship with Sales and Marketing team
  • Respond promptly to customer call, queries and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Write detailed engineering reports, including application proposal and scope of work.
  • Ensure safety are in place before any work is carry out.
  • Supervise key projects during the application job and ensure all proper tools, products & preparation are in place
  • Train new Sales, Techncial Customer Service (TCS) Engineer and Customers in product and application knowledge.
  • Engage and involve in all Sales and Marketing initiatives and programs.
  • Constant participation in providing new ideas to improve the TCS service level.
  • Ensure laboratory is well equipped with necessary tools and products. Housekeep regularly
  • Coordinate/liaise with outside vendor for jig/fixtures fabrication, chemical analysis, etc
  • Participate and involve in all organization projects / initiatives / program as when and where assigned.


  • Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or relevant engineering/technical discipline.
  • At least 2 years working experience in related industries.
  • Work experience in composites, coatings, or adhesives and sealants is an advantage.
  • Ability to understand adhesives and sealant technology
  • Good trouble-shooting and analytical skill.
  • Understand basic mechanical and electrical know-how and ability to write Engineering reports.
  • Cultural diversification – work experience in different geographies, multi-lingual is a plus
  • A successful team player with strong people skills
  • Excellent communication skills- presentation, verbal, written
  • Excellent Computer user knowledge /high computer literacy
