  • Working with internal & external stakeholders to develop targeted and integrated communication plans
  • Developing creative communication measures, visual materials, handling image and video editing
  • Creating multimedia content such as writing journalistic texts, articles, info mails, storyboards for videos, podcasts, etc.
  • Planning and implementing internal & external communication measures such as campaigns for digital product launches
  • Developing emotional digital campaigns and storylines
  • Drafting case studies and presentations according to overall communication positioning dimensions
  • Close exchange with dx Teams and dx ExCom to identify topics and success stories
  • Controlling external PR and communication agencies, graphic designers, freelancers, etc.


  • Master in Public Relations, Media or Communication Sciences
  • First practical experience in the areas of design, media, press and public relations
  • Journalistic and, ideally, international experience, for example through previous semesters abroad or internships
  • Design & creative skills handling Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator
  •  Very good language skills in German and English
  • Confident in handling MS Office applications
  • High level of personal commitment, analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Teamwork, initiative and flexibility
