National Account Manager (Ecommerce/Brokers)

YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for growing the Beauty Care Retail business in eCommerce space and leading national and regional brokered Grocery accounts. The responsibility focuses on growing sales, improving profit, optimizing operations & activating marketing initiatives for strong brands like Dial, Schwarzkopf and got2b within Canada. 
  • Work with broker accounts to develop account specific plans that maximize sales, profit, merchandising, distribution, market share and support trade promotion management, forecasting, promotions and trade settlements 
  • Lead Pure Play accounts (Amazon.ca) as well as support Hybrid Player/Brick & Click accounts along with account NAMs, 
  • Develop local eCommerce growth and investment strategy focused around assortment, innovation, content and support 
  • Act in a consultative role for NAMs and Marketing on topics related to e-commerce media, merchandising & assortment strategy related to the omnichannel experience •Improve Henkel brand visibility/shopper experience

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Preferably in Business or Marketing 
  • Ecommerce & Key Account Experience - At least 2-5 years calling on major retailers and Amazon 
  • Solid track record of success 
  • Enthusiastic team player and self-starter 
  • Strong leadership skills that drive solid and consistent business results. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented. Ability to prioritize time and focus on key and critical business activities. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
