Production Supervisor - Night Shift

YOUR ROLE

  • Working night shift: Friday/Saturday/Sunday
  • Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products
  • Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
  • Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
  • Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations

YOUR SKILLS

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Prefer AA degree or two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior Supervisory Experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing software; spreadsheet software and word processing software.
  • Able to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
