This role will support the Ecommerce Marketing team in various areas of digital marketing including building, managing, and executing ecommerce brand content across all ecommerce websites. This includes Joico and partner platforms. Areas of focus range from Amazon A+ content management, to managing various platforms across all ecommerce websites. Platforms may include but are not limited to: Syndigo, Criteo, BazaarVoice, and SquareLovin. Deep and thorough understanding of ecommerce content from creation to execution is critical.

YOUR ROLE

  • Audit, edit, and make improvements to A+ Content, product images, video, product descriptions, product detail pages (PDP) 
  • Catalog and organize assets such as product descriptions, product imagery, model imagery, ingredient shots, consistence shots, brand videos, product videos, GIF’s, and more for easy access by team. 
  • Responsible for managing Amazon Posts, from planning content based on current social content calendar to receiving and posting images/videos and copy on AMS platform on a set cadence. 
  • Working closely with agency/team to manage the health of AMS campaigns paying close attention to sales, ACOS, ROAS, and conversion rate. 
  • Ongoing brand content execution in designing, resizing, cropping, and adjusting color/brightness/contrast, for all web platforms. (ecommerce + social)

YOUR SKILLS

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced digital ecommerce environment. 
  • Must have a strong work ethic, commitment to quality, and an entrepreneurial can-do spirit. 
  • Must have excellent written and communications skills. 
  • Experience working with Amazon preferred 
  • Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
