  • Work in close partnership with a Business / Manufacturing / Supply Chain Division in Adhesives Technologies in Gr China
  • Partnership with Senior business leaders
  • Lead & manage within the Division annual & ad-hoc HR topics such as Talent Reviews, Merit, Bonus & promotion reviews
  • Champion global/ regional or country HR initiatives on topics such as Learning, Diversity & inclusion
  • Own the respective Division’s China Talent strategy, communicate key subjects across to global & regional business & HR stakeholders
  • Leverage HRBP peers on talent rotation/ movement across Divisions
  • Participate in the selection & assessment of critical / management positions
  • Space to brainstorm ideas & provide HR solutions to talent related challenges in the business
  • Participate in the business leadership team meetings
  • Leverage on HR generalists’ team for overall HR processes, systems related tasks
  • HR metrics reporting on an ad-hoc basis
  • HR Project Related work
  • Lead & manage Employee Relations issues such as employee disputes, performance issues
  • Collaboration across HR COEs, functional and regional HRBP teams
  • A platform to bring across new ideas to the business & the HR team
  • If HRBP supports Manufacturing/ Supply Chain, there is some travel expected – not more than 30%


  • University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or other related fields
  • HR Business Partner experience in a global conglomerate/ MNC or a significant sized local company
  • Strong in business acumen
  • Ability to think out of the box and offer ideas & solutions to the business
  • Ability to lead & manage change
  • Highly collaborative & open to new ideas
  • Strong influencer who can work within a team, or as an individual contributor
  • Strive for win-win solutions without compromising HR integrity
  • Excellent ability to influence & convince business leaders to act on HR programs & initiatives
  • Highly articulate, excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
