  • The Demand Planner leads the detailed item level demand planning function. Responsible for Item / Key Account forecasts that support the assigned SBU.
  • The Demand Planner leads calls with key accounts and enhances the item level forecast with input from the sales team.
  • Supports the Demand Review process along with participating in the local Supply Review meetings.
  • This position has strong interfaces between the Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Planning teams.
  • Review History, Statistical and Enrichment alerts within APO.
  • Adjusts the item level forecast based on established processes. Communicate these adjustments to the planning team in a proactive manner.
  • Communicate MAPE, Bias and lagging forecast accuracy along with worst A performers root cause and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project managers to obtain the best short, mid and long-range forecasts.
  • Partner with Business planning manager  on the demand review process in support of S&OP.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Demand Planning or similar role. 
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with other departments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
