Our global e-commerce team is responsible for further driving our global Beauty Care Professional online business, while sustainably growing in existing & new markets and channels.

Your job is to further develop e-commerce as a major growth driver for our Professional Hair Care business – across all regions & all brands. Developing global, regional, & country-specific growth plans, analyzing market trends, developing & managing strategic partnerships across the globe – you will have the extraordinary opportunity to have a true impact on our online success. As (Senior) Manager Global E-Commerce, you will be reporting directly to the Global Head of E-Commerce of the professional hair care division.


  • Lead & manage (global) strategic partnerships including business plan development addressing assortment, promotional planning, budgeting, & execution.
  • Manage cross-functional projects that further drive e-commerce excellence
  • Work with our teams across the globe to generate in-depth intelligence on local e-commerce business, e.g. market size & dynamics, competitor activities, trends, best practices
  • Closely collaborate with our regional & local teams to develop channel/customer-specific action plans to strengthen our e-commerce business
  • Identify additional growth opportunities, define appropriate routes to market, & develop respective action plans.
  • Monitor & benchmark achievement of quantitative & qualitative KPIs
  • Manage launch strategy & execution plans of all innovations with effective project management to drive excellent adoption of marketing & brand initiatives for customer’s e-commerce websites


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with several years of professional working experience
  • Extensive experience in e-commerce & marketplace sales in a B2C and/or B2B environment preferred, ideally FMCG.
  • Knowledge of omni-channel, assortment strategies, & operations
  • Strong commercial sense to identify growth opportunities
  • Ability to utilize data (analytics) to drive decisions related to e-commerce, e.g. UX, UI, content management
  • Proven entrepreneurial thinking & behavior
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including strong written & verbal communication
  • Strong analytical, project management, & organizational skills
  • Excellent English language skills. German & other languages are beneficial.
