YOUR ROLE

  • Manage and grow assigned small and medium sized accounts/ sites and develop new leads
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers
  • Be the first point of contact for all commercial and technical related inquiries and topics of assigned accounts, including trouble shooting
  • Analyze market dynamics, monitor KPIs, adjust sales operation, and find new opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver budget (NES), RFC, LBE for the assigned customer portfolio and maintain and follow up on the customer project pipeline 
  • Work closely with external stakholder and other Henkel departments to provide the best customer experience

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemical, electronics or mechanical 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales/ marketing or strategy 
  • Experience in sales management and collaborative innovation with highly systematic and conceptual thinking skills is beneficial
  • Strong affinity for software and systems
  • Fluent English and German language skills
