  • Senior Customer Excellence Manager is responsible for managing & enabling achievement of net sales/revenue and profit objectives through development, alignment, implementation of business plans and strategies.
  • This position supports core Henkel Beauty Care Retail brands.
  • The incumbent plays an instrumental role in the development of strategies related to product, promotion, pricing and placement as well as for discovering insights, identifying opportunities, and creating tools and processes that help increase trade investment productivity and drive profitable growth.
  • Incumbent's participation in key cross functional meetings is critical in gaining alignment on strategies, marketing/consumer initiatives, forecasts/demand, customer investments, and overall financials.
  • Furthermore, the incumbent is responsible for leading a team of professionals across Category Management, Sales Planning & Analysis and Deduction Management.


  • 4 year degree or equivalent -- MBA preferred. 
  • 5+ years prior experience in consumer package goods, ideally in the Canadian market 
  • Direct customer sales experience 
  • Additional experience in one or more of the following fields a strong plus, but not required: Net Revenue Management, Customer Investment Optimization, Category management, Business Analytics, Trade Marketing, Sales Controlling 
  • Strong analytical & financial acumen. 
  • Positive can-do attitude -- collaborative, team-oriented approach -- diligent work ethic. 
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex, matrix and fluid environment. 
  • Ability to devise and deliver persuasive presentations, based on data-driven insights and facts, to gain support for business strategies and/or initiatives. 
  • Ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands. 
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications, database information sources 
  • Demonstrated people management experience
