You now have the opportunity of joining the Henkel Beauty Care Sales team in Brussels in a strategically important Key Account Manager role. In this leading role, you are expected to make the difference while operating on a highly analytical level and with strong influencing skills in order to identify and develop opportunities and reach full customer potential.


  • Manage and develop end to end commercial relationship with one of our top customers 
  • Develop and gain agreement on annual joint business plans that align Henkel Beauty Care objectives and strategies with those of the customer
  • Accountability and responsibility for P&L on customer level, following KPI’s: turnover, profit and market share
  • Developing your integrated promotion plans, managing investments and selling the plan to the customer
  • Strong negotiator on investments, counter performances and promotional discounts, always looking for win-win situations
  • Monitoring customer performance and proactively adapt your plans accordingly
  • Ensure precise, consistent, and timely communication with the customer
  • Reporting directly to the Group Account Manager


  • Master's degree in Management or Business-related subject
  • At least 3 years of proven working experience as an Account Manager, preferably in FMCG
  • Excellent knowledge of French and Dutch, as well as good knowledge of English
  • Ability to create long-term relationships
  • You see a business opportunity in every situation and you are able to convert ideas into concrete actions & results
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven sales track record
  • Excel is a good friend of yours
