The Global Media department is managing the media investments for all Henkel brands across all business units. We maximize effectiveness and efficiency through media strategy & buying in both classical and digital media. Our strong team of media experts operates out of 10 locations worldwide.

We are now searching for a “Global Media Manager – Digital Performance” with a focus on E-Commerce and CRM activation for our headquarter in Düsseldorf, Germany.


  • Growing Henkel’s E-Commerce business via steering and controlling of global E-Commerce media investments
  • Development of media strategies for E-Commerce & E-CRM performance campaigns
  • Steering and reporting of global performance campaigns across countries including steering of KPI dashboards
  • Organizing knowledge transfer between countries & business units on E-Commerce and E-CRM performance campaigns
  • Steering and controlling of country’s media campaigns for E-CRM campaigns (e.g. identifying most efficient channels)
  • Creation & rollout of best practice playbooks for E-Commerce and Lead campaigns
  • Digital counseling & training for internal stakeholders (Marketing, E-Commerce and E-CRM teams)
  • Steering of global partnerships with key retail media players
  • Working in a challenging, dynamic & international environment


  • Master’s degree in business administration / IT / Media or similar area
  • Minimum 5-years practical experience in the field of digital performance media with focus on E-Commerce campaigns
  • Solid expertise in Amazon media tools, campaign management, KPI analysis & optimization
  • Passion for performance marketing & e-commerce, ad tech and digital business models
  • Results-oriented and reliable project management
  • Persuasive communication and analytical skills to effectively interact with key stakeholders across functions, countries and external partners
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluent English language skills
