Business Development Manager South of Belgium/Luxemburg - Beauty Care Professional (m/f/x)

YOUR ROLE

  • You will be managing for your area existing customers; and create new business opportunities in the French-speaking part of Belgium and in Luxemburg.
  • You will be responsible for achieving your sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions with the client.
  • Follow up the Key account & VIP customers in the area.
  • After analyzing the area yourself, you are also responsible for the follow-up on the client’s purchasing patterns and optimize purchases through proactive visits.
  • Provide support to digitalize our business. 

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in commercial economic sales
  • Excellent digital skills & focus on digital activation
  • Excellent strategic and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to present and influence at all levels
  • Fluent in French & English, good German. Dutch is an asset.
  • Sales- and Customer orientated and takes initiative
  • Results oriented: a competitive mentality, ambitious and focused
  • Holds a strong sense of responsibility
  • Dynamic, persistent, assertive, and organized with a positive attitude
  • Resistant to stress and able to multi-task
  • Able to work independently and also be a team player
  • Driving License B
