  • Execute key end-user account management and project management.
  • Service existing markets and increase penetration through the implementation of marketing promotions, programs and sales leads
  • Build and manage distributor relationships, motivate and train authorized industrial distributors to sell products and solutions
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Prepare regular reports of sale progress and forecasts
  • Make recommendations on business development activity


  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years work experience in the Semiconductor, Electronics Manufacturing or Electronic Component industry (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Production) in a global/MNC environment
  • Passionate about sales and business excellence; by nature organized with experience in Account planning, Strategic/consultative selling methodologies and account planning, World class sales automation tools/systems for target tracking and pipe line management
  • An assertive and result driven team player with ability to leverage others in industry and company
  • Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • English fluently, Chinese/Korea/Japanese as additional plus point
