Global Development Process Manager – Packaging & Consumer Goods (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Improve project efficiency and time to market within the Packaging SBU through project management optimization
  • Ensure correct implementation and continuous improvement of ADP (Adhesives Development Process), project management standards & gate deliverables
  • Manage communication on ADP topics and act as a bridge between gate-keepers, teams and between functions to ensure there is a common understanding of expectations
  • Mentor and coach managers and teams; deliver consistent, high quality training to all the roles involved and ensure that all parties are engaged and aware of the ways of working
  • Develop and continuously improve dashboard / analytics
  • Track and measure the health of individual projects, processes and portfolio
  • Provide SBU with data quality / process / portfolio monitoring and reporting, as required
  • Drive post launch reviews via IPMs and teams - coach to effectively capture learnings and improvements, manage process exceptions and project red flags

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree, e.g. in Business Management/ Business Analytics/ Data Science/ Science/ Chemistry or Engineering
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proven track record in project/process management (min. 3 years) - ideally, product development / innovation / stage gate projects, experience with Planview would be a plus
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills (esp. Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Dashboards), prior experience in driving digital transformation efforts in analytics would be beneficial
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and task follow up skills
  • Ability to work in and steer interdisciplinary teams, excellent communication skills and high degree of intercultural awareness
  • Highly self-motivated with professional work ethic
  • Strong communication skills (Fluent English essential as well as German language skills)
