  • Develops channel / customer and category / brand strategies based on promo, price, assortment, and trade investment analytics
  • Performs pricing and assortment analytics, develops recommendations, and aligns implementation activities with Marketing and Sales
  • Performs promo efficiency analysis, develops guidelines, and aligns implementation activities with Sales and Marketing
  • Performs trade investment and trade terms structure analysis, develops initiatives, and aligns them with Sales and Marketing
  • Monitors competitors’ activities and provides comprehensive overview
  • Maintains interaction with global NRM CoE on tools and capability building
  • Observes market trends and opportunities to derive concrete proposals

Open to remote location, ideally within proximity to a Henkel Beauty Sales Office.


  • B.S. or B.A. degree, MBA preferred. 
  •  8+ Years CPG experience, with 3+ years in Category Management/Shopper Insights role 
  • Proven track record of building customer relationships, ability to influence decision makers across all levels of internal and external organizations 
  • Proactively translates insights into business solutions 
  • Mastery of syndicated POS, Household panel, primary & secondary consumer/shopper insights
