  • Act as local legal focal point for Henkel Korea's legal affairs
  • Negotiate, prepare and review sales, marketing, distribution and other commercial contracts relating to Henkel Korea
  •  Offer daily legal advice and support on a variety of legal issue such as regulatory compliance and corporate governance etc.
  • Manage general corporate affairs relating to Henkel Korea
  • Fulfill legal contract management responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Henkel North Asia’s legal team in managing outside counsel relating to local litigation and arbitration proceedings and internal and external legal matters
  • Support the superior in enhancing Henkel Korea's legal affairs management process
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior


  • Korea Bar Qualification is mandatory
  • U.S. Bar Qualification or Master’s Degree is preferred
  • Minimum of three years work experience as lawyer is mandatory
  • Private practice or In-house legal counsel experience is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge in Commercial Law is preferred
  • Good communication skill in English and Korean is required
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred
