YOUR ROLE

  • Preparation of 5P strategy for chosen brands
  • Preparation of New Launches plans for chosen brands
  • Price Increase implementation (incl. NN tracking) ensuring compliance for above brands
  • Personal responsibility for KP planning and tracking – brand / customer / quarter matrix (NES and PC%)
  • Gap analysis and next steps reco for clients based on above
  • „Bridge”/ Interface between Marketing & Sales
  • Active participation in customer meetings, Yearly Workshops, Trade Story, Assortment & Shelving Meetings
  • Ongoing cooperation with HQ in Vienna

YOUR SKILLS

  • Min. 2 years’ experience in Sales area (preferred FMCG) additionally at least 1 year in other department (Category Management, Marketing, Trade Marketing)
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to transition them into insights
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
