YOUR ROLE 

  • The Head of HPS is responsible to deliver result improvements across a broad range of KPIs through the implementation of TPM pillars.
  • This leader is accountable for creating the TPM journey implementation plan, training site employees and leading implementation results and achievements.
  • Will organize, lead and participate in activities that promote sustainable improvement across the production facility.
  • Provide consultative guidance and information to the management team on improvement priorities and risks, associated costs, performance and escalates issues as appropriate.
  • The Head of HPS will be a member of the plant leadership team and will collaborate with each of the functional leaders to create action plans using TPM tools to deliver the strategic plant goals.
  • This leader is a person at Coach Level (HPS University), an experienced ambassador of the continuous improvement culture and behaviors and an expert of the implementation of the OEE glidepath.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Ten years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Minimum five years (contingent to the 3 roles) leading a production team, preferably within a multinational company
  • Relevant degree in a technical field required, Master's preferred – preference is chemical, mechanical or industrial engineering
  • Proven strategic and tactical leadership experience within a manufacturing facility, preferably in CPG or related industry with strong work ethic, and positive attitude towards feedback
  • Strong work ethic with the highest level of integrity and is able to demonstrate professional maturity necessary to gain the confidence of senior level leaders; acting as a role model walking-the-talk
  • Demonstrated leadership, technical, functional and people development skills to continuously stretch performance of individuals in direct team
  • Demonstrated skills as a change agent, displaying a high level of energy, being self-driven and constantly questioning.
