YOUR ROLE

  • Be ambitious by developing marketing objectives, annual brand plans, strategies and promotional programmes to drive brand growth.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to identify business development opportunities and present to key business stakeholders
  • Build insight through marketing and sales data, competitor activities, market opportunities and customer networks.
  • In conjunction with Marketing Manager develop marketing strategy, calendar and launch plans, with clear 360 campaign framework, to deliver on brand’s objectives/goals.

YOUR SKILL

  • Desirable 2 plus years’ marketing experience in the Beauty Care or Consumer Goods
  • Experience in marketing models that reach beyond the traditional
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects
  • Strategic thinker, strong analytics and business acumen
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Inspirational communication and presentation skills
