  • Support and advance change measures related to the move into our new Innovation Center Düsseldorf
  • Prepare, implement and follow up workshops, issue management and other communication formats
  • Drive projects connected to collaboration, work effectiveness and new ways of working
  • Co-work on the Innovation Center Düsseldorf opening campaign (e.g. video formats together with our external agency) including a comprehensive communication roadmap
  • Support the organization and implementation of the opening events for the Innovation Center targeting different internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with the implementation of diverse internal communication measures, aimed at our global Innovation Community e.g. Podcast, townhalls and learning or update sessions
  • Support with the external positioning of our top management through Social Media channels such as LinkedIn


  • Student who has successfully passed at least 2 years of a business or communication-related Bachelor or is in Master studies
  • First relevant practical experience – preferably in communication or change management department of a corporation
  • First experience in the preparation of articles and other communication packages for internal / external audience
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Highly motivated and ambitious team player with an hands-on attitude, stress restistance and the ability to keep an overview 
  • Availability of six months, starting in July 2021
