Sign-on bonus from April 1st through July 1st, 2021:

  • $1000 to be paid after the candidate completes 1 month
  • $1500 to be paid after the candidate completes 90 days

Referral bonus for Oak Creek WI from April 1st through July 1st, 2021:

  • $1500 to be paid after the candidate completes 1 month


  • Work on continuous improvement projects that will help reduce variation of products, processes, and testing, reduce cost of poor quality, improve customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Support the problem solving effort at the site with effective containment, root cause analysis, corrective action, validation, and control and prevent recurrence of non-conformances.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal Henkel personnel to aid in the resolution of complaints using the customer’s format when required.
  • Coordinate with local and regional team members to improve the customer complaint rate for the site.
  • Lead a cross functional team to analyse causes of internal non-conformances and develop countermeasures.
  • Support APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) on site by participating in and leading the development of key deliverables for the launch of new products on site.
  • Be able to trouble shoot testing of equipment and testing procedures.


  • BS Engineering or BS Chemistry or related field of study
  • Quality Control or Engineering work experience preferred.
  • Excellent relationship building, communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams
  • Ability to travel as needed – 5%
