YOUR ROLE

• Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products
• Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
• Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science or Engineering.
• Three years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment - recommended.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts and weekends or even a fixed third shift
• Must be able to communicate well verbally and in writing in English and Spanish.
• Certified in Six Sigma Green Belt, desirable.
