BBBEE & CSR Analyst

YOUR ROLE

1. BBBEE Program Coordinator:

The candidate would implement a strategic and integrated approach to achieve and maintain a BBBEE scorecard according to the company's strategy, including:

  • BBBEE planning and tracking of all the elements on the scorecard and capturing scorecard evidence.
  • Providing advice regarding matters of interpretation, calculating a ‘current state’ scorecard vs. a ‘future state’ scorecard.
  • Preparing the BBBEE file for submission, verification, and assistance throughout the process with the rating agency.
  • Appointing and coordinating the professional services of industry-leading rating agencies who have the SANAS accreditation
  • Attending to representations and appeals when necessary.
  • Monitoring market trends to develop and improve existing score card.
  • Leading and facilitating monthly BBBEE committee meetings.
  • Working hand in hand with the internal support functions (i.e. HR, Procurement) to reach the program’s goals.

2.CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility):

The candidate would reconcile the company's economic objectives with the contribution it can make to the community, the territory and all stakeholders involved. Furthermore, assist the company in developing and managing the CSR policies, including:

  • Manage the company’s donations and contribution programs in liaison with the external partners.
  • Liaise with the external entities to evaluate the donations requirements, then establish the programs budgetary & workflow.
  • Develop sustainability programs, to ensure the company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment.
  • Raise the staff awareness of company’s commitment to CSR, generate publicity within the organization’s altruistic endeavors.
  • Collaborate with corporate communications for CSR, corporate communication, and branding.

3. Assistant to A Industrial country team: 
The candidate would complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that enable the A Industrial country head ability to effectively lead the organization, including:

  •  Assisting with administrative tasks (i.e. minutes of meetings, management presentations).
  • Designing and producing complex documents (i.e. periodical team performance reports).
  • Managing internal programs (i.e. Diversity & Inclusion, staff trainings, talent development).
  • Collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties (customers).
  • Tracking and analyzing instant customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Organizing business travels logistics.

YOUR SKILLS

  • 5 years min. of experience in BBBEE admin and consulting
  • In-depth technical knowledge and application of the BBBEE Codes and Sector Codes.
  • Strong knowledge of RSA labor Laws and inherent application mechanisms.
  • Minimum of a degree (B.Com., Diploma in HR, Law).
  • Good command of MS office tools (power point, word, excel).
  • Excellent communication and soft skills.
  • Team player with strong capabilities of adaptation in a complex corporate environment.
