  • Overall responsibility for measuring, monitoring and control of quality of RM, PM, 3P, SFG and FG products and services of CCD, Bitumen and PU technologies
  • Responsible for manufacturing process quality
  • Implement, manage and improve quality and laboratory processes and standards in line with Henkel Quality System and global standards like ASTM, DN, BS, DCL, etc.
  • Liaise with customers for quality related requirements, implement customer quality system and lead Customer Quality Team
  • Implement quality improvement tools like A3, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, SQC and SPC, 7QC tools, Kaizen, Pokeyoke etc.,
  • Improve testing turn around time. Reduce  batch rejections, adjustments and deviations
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers, implement supplier quality system and quality complaint management
  • Implement ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 in quality control function
  • Maintain high standards of Safety, Environment and Health in the workplace
  • Support new product development, customer sample testing, new supplier development and product bench marking
  • Take up new and continuous improvement initiatives as per business requirements


  • 5 – 7 years of experience in Quality control of Construction Chemicals, Polymers, Bitumen, Cement, Paint and Coating industries
  • M.Sc in Chemistry or BTech in Chemical
  • Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Quality System audits, RCA, SAP, MS-Office, etc.
  • Six Sigma green belt certification is preferred
