YOUR ROLE

  • Global quality initiative in the area of HR Governance, HR Systems and Processes
  • Assist Digital Process Management Project enhancing HR process efficiency and consistency
  • Develop and implement a Data Privacy Global Frame for compliance with regional data protection laws in collaboration with regions
  • Support with training, communication and the creation of templates used in the area of HR Governance

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully completed first semesters, preferably in the field of economics or similar majors
  • Relevant practical experience is advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • High level of personal commitment coupled with good analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, structured personality with ability to work in a challenging environment that strives for excellence
  • Availability as of May for 5-6 months
