Senior Process Engineer

YOUR ROLE

  • Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
  • Responsible for processes in areas of surface preparation and solvent based polymer or adhesive coating technologies
  • Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area Monitors KPIs for engineering processes
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise
  • Primarily responsible for all processes in panel manufacturing area

YOUR SKILLS

  • Prefer Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Prefer experience with machine motion control systems/machine controls, mechanics, electronics and software. (PLC/Other software). 
  • Knowledge of tooling materials, design and manufacturing 
  • Statistical knowledge for conducting DOE, experiments for process improvements, root cause analysis.
