YOUR ROLE

  • Collaborate in a diverse expert team and international, intercultural environment
  • Steer assigned global real estate projects as reliable, competent and effective business partner
  • Lead Henkel’s global office sustainability strategy
  • Analyze requirements, develop the implementation roadmap and steer its roll-out
  • Prepare the relevant investment plan and investment applications
  • Ideate, coordinate and track the implementation of the relevant measures
  • Develop guideline & toolbox for the global team members and conduct trainings of global facility managers
  • Steer the global implementation and track & report the target achievements
  • Manage stakeholders and lead the internal and external communication
  • Coordinate the collection of the sustainability data in the real estate database

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate or Sustainability
  • 5 years of work experience with background in real estate and sustainability
  • Sound project management skills in international/intercultural environment and proficiency in building sustainability certifications (LEED, BREEAM, WELL)
  • Affinity to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment
  • Proficiency in use of digital tools and social media communication
  • Excellent persuasive communication and presentation skills in English 
  • Agile, persistent, bold, self-organized team player
  • Passion for continuous improvement and outstanding results
