Global Media Manager Performance Analytics (d/f/m)

  • Drive strong tracking setup for paid performance media for key D2C brands & e-shop activation
  • Develop state-of-the-art D2C performance media analytics & implement with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Strategic & tactical consulting, training and upskilling of internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, e-commerce, new business)
  • Shape & implement media analytics models for ad budget allocation and KPI optimization in close cooperation with paid media channel experts
  • Steer analysis & meta-learnings for paid performance media campaigns and further development of key KPI set, reports and dashboards
  • Synergies with all performance marketing channels, onsite conversion rate optimization & web analytics as well as brand awareness campaigns
  • Steering of internal resources & external partners
  • Working in a challenging, dynamic & international environment


  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Media or similar area
  • minimum 5-year practical experience in the field of digital performance media with focus on media analytics, e.g. work experience in a performance media agency or ad technology company 
  • Solid experience with performance media ad tools, web analytics, tracking technologies, e-commerce, KPI analysis & optimization
  • Experience in performance marketing for start-ups or new brand launches is a plus
  • Proven Hands-on experiences with digital marketing & web analytics solutions (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Passion for performance marketing & e-commerce, ad tech and digital business models
  • Results-oriented and reliable project management
  • Persuasive communication, convincing and analytical skills to effectively interact with key stakeholders across functions, countries and external partners
  • Fluent english language skills
