YOUR ROLE

  • Become part of our Global Business Controlling team with exceptional visibility in an international environment and plenty of room for personal & professional development
  • Work together in a cross-functional set-up with top management around the globe and the CFO for Adhesive Technologies, where you can have a direct impact on the business success of Henkel
  • Steer, coordinate and act as a consultant globally for strategic and financial projects of major importance for Adhesives Technologies concerning the implementation of most efficient structures within our SBUs and Functions to bring organizational efficiency to the next level
  • Lead and drive pro-actively the creation, design, implementation, and compliance in planning, reporting, forecasting, governance, and business partnering
  • Establish and improve processes, tools, and systems to achieve a highly efficient state-of-the-art controlling set-up 
  • Respond to ad-hoc top management requests

YOUR SKILLS

  • Excellent Master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics
  • Prior relevant professional experience of at least 2 years
  • Ability to interact with and challenge top management
  • Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent knowledge of IT tools (MS Office & BI, etc.), advanced Excel skills is a must
  • Knowledge of IFRS as well as understanding of financial statements and processes
  • Fluent English language skills are essential, German is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, open-minded, team-oriented person with distinct ‘Can-Do’ attitude
