Data Scientist for HR

YOUR ROLE

  • Work closely with the global HR team on data driven HR Projects and HR reports to support decision making
  • Provide support to the strategic Human Resource function (CoE) in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and predictive analytic capabilities
  • Analyze data to find answers to specific HR questions, so that better, fact-based actions can be taken
  • Generate information and insights from (big) HR data sets and identify trends and patterns
  • Identify & extract data from HR and other systems, validate, clean and organize (big) data
  • Develop, evaluate, and deploy predictive models
  • Design and develop queries for reporting
  • Design and develop visualizations of data (e.g. Power BI)

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields with focus on data analysis and statistics
  • At least 2 years of data analytics experience; HR data analytics experience is beneficial, but not necessary
  • Very good skills in Excel and in statistical tools, notably Python
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, creative problem-solving and great attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Minimum salary: 1300 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
