This Brand Manager is a leadership role with responsibility for developing, implementing and managing annual strategic, financial and operating plans for Body Care. In this highly visible role within Henkel Retail Beauty N.A., you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and will have two direct reports.
·Achieve revenue, profitability, market share and other objectives
·Developing and executing annual and long-term strategic plans for the brand and consistent with corporate priorities
·Actively managing brand P&L
·Building consumer awareness, generate trial, increase distribution and drive sales by developing effective consumer communications and execution plans. Quantifying and evaluating effectiveness by directing post-program analysis.
·Leading external agency partners and regular interagency team meetings to support brand objectives, execute marketing plans and deliver results
·Partnering with internal departments to develop trade, retail, and category strategies
·BS/BA (Marketing, Business), MBA preferred.
·Minimum of 5 years’ experience in consumer products marketing (CPG)
·Strong interpersonal/communication skills; demonstrated leadership and organization skills required; collaborative, cross-functional team player
·Strong analytical skills; strong financial orientation; ability to analyze research data and make decisions designed to generate incremental sales and profits
·Experience leading multiple external agencies
