Strategic Account Manager - Personal Hygiene (M/F)

·Responsible for sales activities within France & Maghreb within the Personal Hygiene and Tisse&Towel Market including (i) negotiation and implementation of prices/payment terms, supplier agreements, (ii) coordination of further technical support and (iii) identify key/unmet customer needs and translation of them into sales and innovation opportunities.
·Develop and maintain network at customers and within Henkel (MKT, R&D, QA, plants, etc.) on all key levels and dimensions to drive business/projects.
·Lead & initiate contacts at plants, R&D, quality, purchasing, logistics, marketing where applicable, management level.
·Coordinate and steer information & reporting flow between the sales area and the steering unit.
·Identify and implement project focus, as well as pricing policy.
·Build strengthen network with OEM and allied suppliers based in this region to increase knowledge of the market and create leads.
·Minimum Bachelor's degree in the field of Engineering/Business Administration/Sales or similar.
·Customer facing experience (and if possible with Key Accounts).
·Available to travel up to 70% of working time (travel in France & Maghreb).
·Previous experiences in sales functions (Personal Hygiene Care Industry) would be a plus.
·Fluent with English and French language.
·Good knowledge of standard IT tools.
·Ability to influence, motivate and create relationships at all levels, strong internal and external communication skills.
