Logistics Complaint Coordinator (South-Germany) m/f

YOUR ROLE

  • Coordinate logistic complaints with all relevant stakeholders (e.g.: warehouse, carrier, customer service, quality and logistic)
  • Ensure that complaints are fully documented and updated in CCMS (customer complaint management system) as required (e.g.: correct defect location, claim costs, root causes)
  • Ensure implementation of containment/initial actions
  • Ensure that investigation(s) and root cause analysis is (are) properly done using appropriate problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D, 5W), and adequately documented in CCMS
  • Close contact to the relevant stakeholders to define the needed corrective and preventive actions
  • Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are put in place as needed
  • Control effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
  • Ensure that 8D and/or customer specific reports are generated, reviewed, and approved
  • Implementation of projects to reduce logistics complaints (based on analysis and on-site visits at the warehouses and carriers)
  • Preparation of presentations and analysis
  • Provide all necessary information to assign SCMS (supplier complaint management system) as needed based on the investigation findings
  • Close contact to Henkel warehouse support and Henkel TCR (Transport Coordinator Road) to ensure that all functions are aware about new procedures and actions based on customer claims

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or relevant field
  • 2-5 years of experience with (customer) quality systems and logistics
  • Fluent written and spoken language skills both in German and English
  • MS Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Ability to work in a team, problem solving attitude and resilience
  • Proactive person with ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to lead projects, to coordinate and follow-up on other teams’ work
  • Willingness to travel
