YOUR ROLE

  • Handle claims initiated by the front office
  • Fulfill all the administrative tasks related to order entry
  • Deal directly with Henkel's local teams by creating orders, credit notes, and returns (based on requests)
  • Support continuous process improvement

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any relevant study
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in any relevant field
  • Fluent English speaker; French is preferable
  • Efficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented and an excellent team player
