An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our European Key Account team. You will contribute to the key accounts strategy and drive its execution from within your region; including giving direction & focus to a global “virtual team” within specific customers operating in important markets.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Contribute to the development; and effective execution of Regional key account strategies, including an ambitious annual revenue and long-term target plans

    ·Deliver on revenue targets (top line and profit goals) at customer locations within defined area of responsibility and also for overall customer satisfaction at these locations

    ·Develop influential networks at all key levels & dimensions of designated customers, with focus on long term strategic relationship development, to drive growth in line with set targets

    ·Understand key customer innovation trends and needs and translate into Henkel portfolio and innovation needs

    ·Present strategy and business plans to Henkel and customer executives

    ·Work with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of products

    ·Identify and exploring new growth areas

    ·Drive execution of key priorities and customer sales projects / opportunities

    ·Translate customer’s strategy and priorities into product roadmap project pipelines 

YOUR SKILLS

·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Science.

·5+years of experience in B2B sales / account management with strong focus on technical sales and solution selling

·Previous experience in engineering; Electronics and / or industry experience in primary markets

·Marketing and strategy experience would be beneficial

·Experience leading cross functional project teams, stakeholder management and communication skills across different level, strong presentation, and negotiation skills
