We're looking for an intern with a strong interest in making an experience in Customer Service Department for Beauty Care Division.
The main tasks regard managing OTC flow:
-proper management of orders and deliveries
-check pricing conditions
-manage customer queries and complaints
-support to Head of Customer Service for project development
-opportunity to create and maintain strong relationships with sales /planning/logistics
-Degree in Management Engineering, Economics/Business Administration on similar fields
-Fluent in English, Italian is mandatory
-Strong analytical skills
-Customer service orientation
-Positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers, responding promptly to their inquiries.
-Good interpersonal skills and capability to relate with people of different ages and backgrounds
-Cooperation and team working capabilities
-Capability to work under pressure
