An excellent opportunity has arisen for a graduate to take an active role in the internal Recruitment Team to support them with day-to-day activities including 360 in-house recruitment alongside interesting project work. This one-year programme is designed to develop knowledge, skills and expertise across a wide range of the Recruitment activities – inhouse recruitment, HR, administration, employer branding. The programme will include 1-day work rotations in other departments; group training; online learning; and opportunities to present internally.

Your Role:

  • Work with local and international Recruitment teams to ensure correct processes are followed for UK/IE
  • Work cross functionally to provide support to our Adhesives, Beauty Care and Laundry & Home Care teams and functions
  • Play a key role in Employer Branding and Social Media projects
  • Look at current our Recruitment processes and support with process improvements
  • Use CV / candidate databases to find suitable candidates
  • Maintain regular contact with candidates and hiring managers at every stage of the process
  • Write job adverts and post online (job-boards, social media etc.)
  • Provide administrative support including but not limited to invoice management, order processing, raising PO, scheduling interviews
  • Support the resolution of general recruitment queries both internally and externally  
  • Liaise with agencies and other 3rd party providers
  • Learn about the Global Recruitment strategy and processes 

Your Skills:

  • Degree educated, or equivalent in Business, Human Resources Management or related field
  • Be passionate about working in a fast paced and vibrant environment
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Demonstrate initiative, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Hold excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage priorities
  • Strong IT skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisation, and administration skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
