Key Account Manager

in Henkel Beauty Care department

YOUR ROLE

Establishing and maintaining of a sustainable and cooperative business relationship with key accounts

Creation and implementation of a customer annual plan including market share, sales and profit contribution targets. Monthly deviation analysis based on defined KPIs

Conducting the annual meeting and regular presentations of our product innovations

Actively coaching and inspiring direct subordinates and/or sales force dedicated to the customer

Management of a smooth administrative flow of day-to-day business

YOUR SKILLS

University degree in Business Administration or other relevant field

5 years experience, of which at least 3 years in Key Account Management of a FMCG company

Fluent in English

Excellent communication skills, relationship management skills, problem-solving capabilities, cultural empathy

Team leadership and management skills

Business and financial acumen, strategic vision and planning capabilities

Selling skills (internal and external)

Industry and market knowledge (self and customer)
