Sales Excellence Manager (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Enable sales performance in all regions by standardizing the sales process (tools, trainings, KPIs, best-practice sharing)
  • Execute the global /regional sales and channel excellence roadmap
  • Execute and drive our eCommerce strategy
  • Steer customer and territory roadmapping
  • Steer and implement transformational initiatives on sales and channel excellence (cross-business units)
  • Implement global framework, policy and channel strategy development
  • Execute strategic projects on sales and channel excellence
  • Develop KPIs with channel growth and development targets
  • Leverage greatest underexploited channel growth opportunities
  • Test and roll out new applications / functionalities for sales and channel excellence

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar area
  • Minimum 5-years of practical experience in B2B sales within industry and/or management consultancies
  • Good understanding of Henkel strategy and commercial operations/expectations
  • Persuasive communication and analytical skills and experience in project roles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) 
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory, German language skills are beneficial
