  • Lead complex, business critical CRM development projects including coordination of developments, test and quality management, onboarding, and know how exchange
  • Enable an application development focusing on the user-experience
  • Explore new intelligent and automation technologies
  • Take responsibility for CRM development & project implementation
  • Provide effective technology service and support to internal stakeholder and consult them on CRM solutions 
  • Educate wider departments about CRM and join projects where CRM input is required
  • Support in creating testing plans whilst explaining best practice and rationale
  • Explore new intelligent and automation technologies


  • Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 8+ years of SAP CRM development experience with at least 1-2 years end-to-end CRM projects
  • Experience in agile methodologies across IT projects and service deliveries
  • Work experience with SAP Sales Cloud (C4C), CPI Integration and S/4 HANA
  • Excellent practical knowledge of Object-Oriented development concepts and CRM development
  • Proven hands-on experience with modern UI technologies (FIORI, UI5, SAP Screen Personas)
  • Proven ability to integrate SAP CRM and SAP ECC as well as experience with SAP Sales Cloud
  • Practical experience with SAP CPQ and Service Cloud is an advantage 
  • Good knowledge of CRM Pricing using IPC & IPC enhancement development is a plus
  • Prior experience in developing CRM order management functions would be an asset 
  • Middleware experience with the execution of bi-directional data exchange between SAP CRM & ECC back-end
  • SAP certifications desirable, e.g.: SAP Customer Experience Suite certifications across any/all the modules but specifically SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP CRM 7.0
